St. Patrick's Day Mischief!

With St. Patrick's Day approaching...the Lepretators were getting very mischievous!
I caught this one trying to escape school grounds!!

This Lepretator hopped from tree to tree!

This guy thought he played for the Lakers when he hung from the B-ball net after his slam dunk!

This Lepretator thought he was tricky as he ran across the suspension bridge!

We caught this one chillin on the swings!!

Fast as Fast could be...we could never catch he!!! :)

When Skippy saw some of the Lepretators being mischievous...he thought he'd get in on the game too!

Silly Skippy!

Open House!

I love Open House when all our wonderful families get to come and visit our classroom. It's always so much fun for me to see my students show off all their hard work to their parents! They are full of pride and have a wonderful sense of accomplishment...rightly so! These second graders have worked SO HARD this year and have been producing amazing, incredible, beautiful work! :) They are incredibly smart and artistic and very creative! A few favorite projects this year were designing our own super heroes, writing what we would do if we were President of the U.S.A and creating Keynote presentations on our laptops. I am so proud of all my SUPER Second Graders!! :) Keep up the wonderful work!!!!

Lepretators!

For St. Patrick's Day, the second graders made Lepretators! Lepretators are leprechauns made out of potatoes! :) I was so impressed with everyone's creativity and amazing imaginations! Each Lepretator was unique, different and CUTE!!! I love how each second grader's personality came out in their Lepretator. It just reminds me of how awesome God is when He created us! He gave us each our own personality, our own imagination, our own creativity! I love how no two Lepretators are alike...just like how our Creator made us all different and unique! These Lepretators are hilarious and so much fun! Great Job, Everyone! :)
